ZPD2611M is a two-phase stepper motor driver based on DSP control. It is a new generation fully digital stepper motor driver that integrates an advanced DSP control chip with a unique control circuit. With a driving voltage of AC60-110V, it is compatible with various models of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with a current below 6.0A and an outer diameter of 57-110mm. The driver incorporates a circuit based on principles similar to servo control, enabling smooth motor operation with almost no vibration or noise. The positioning accuracy can reach up to 40,000 pulses per revolution. This product is widely used in large and medium-sized CNC equipment requiring high resolution, such as engraving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computerized embroidery machines, and packaging machinery.

Precautions

  1. The input voltage must not exceed AC 260V. Please connect a voltage stabilizer or isolation transformer when grid fluctuations are significant.

  2. The input pulse signal is active on the falling edge. For rising edge control, internal driver parameters need to be set.

  3. When the driver temperature exceeds 75°C, the driver stops working and the fault indicator ALM lights up. The driver requires a power restart to resume operation only after the temperature drops to 50°C. In case of overheating protection, please install a heat sink.

  4. If the overcurrent (load short-circuit) fault indicator ALM lights up, please check the motor wiring and other short-circuit faults. After troubleshooting, a power restart is required to recover.

  5. If the no-motor fault indicator ALM lights up, please check the motor wiring. After troubleshooting, a power restart is required to recover.
