Testing and Verification

I. Product Analysis: Monitoring product characteristics provides direct evidence for continuous improvement of product quality. Utilizing appropriate statistical methods (SPC), process capability and product characteristics are analyzed and verified, and corrective and preventive actions are proposed to ensure product quality meets and exceeds customer requirements. The following procedures apply:

1. The Quality Control Department is responsible for the statistical analysis and control of process capability and equipment capability;

2. The Quality Control Department is responsible for training and guiding operators in statistical techniques and supervising their implementation;

3. Non-conforming products are handled according to the non-conforming product control procedure;

4. The Quality Assurance Department conducts customer satisfaction surveys quarterly, proposes corrective and preventive actions, and tracks rectification;

5. Each batch of products must be strictly tested and verified according to the production specifications.

II. Product Validation Whether in the development or production phase, the following tests must be completed to ensure reliability:

*3. Noise Test;

*4. Lifespan Test;

*5. Vibration Test;

*6. Drop Test;

*7. Temperature Rise Test;

*8. Salt Spray Test;

*9. Electromagnetic Interference Test;

*10. Hazardous Substance Detection in Materials.
