Automated Production

Currently, our company has 4 semi-automated U-shaped production lines, 1 production line for medical equipment motors, 1 brushless motor production line, 2 induction motor production lines, and 1 shaded-pole motor production line.

We produce over 1,000 medical products daily in a professionally designed dust-free workshop, compliant with ISO13485 medical system certification.

We also produce over 10,000 home appliances daily, including blenders, ovens, hair dryers, etc.

We produce over 10,000 industrial motors daily, used in sewage treatment pumps, centrifugal pumps, mixing pumps, liquid mixing pumps for beauty instruments, air purifiers, garden craft equipment, etc.

We produce over 1,000 deep-sea submersible motors and aerospace motors daily, using automated production lines and professional testing equipment.

Our workshop boasts over 90% automation and 99% product consistency, ensuring stable and efficient production.
