Social Responsibility

Production and business activities have varying degrees of impact on the socio-economic, technological, and environmental spheres. Based on an appropriate balance of interests, we should shoulder social responsibility and strive to contribute to the well-being of global society and the long-term development of humanity. To clarify our principles and direction in assuming social responsibility, our social responsibility guidelines are as follows:

I. Quality Guidelines

1. Work quality is the fundamental guarantee of product quality. To implement these quality guidelines, our employees must maintain the following work quality standards daily: the quality of every process, every component, every document, and every action must at least satisfy downstream customers.

2. Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of our product performance and production processes.

3. Never avoid mistakes; correct them promptly and proactively take effective measures to prevent their recurrence.

4. Offer any suggestions and criticisms beneficial to quality improvement without reservation, and urge and track relevant departments to adopt them promptly until improvement is completed.

5. Work in a standardized and orderly manner, and always maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your work area.

II. Environmental Guidelines

1. Reducing pollution and protecting the environment is our social responsibility!

2. We legally and properly dispose of production waste, wastewater, and exhaust gas.

3. We require our suppliers to comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations, use recyclable, green, energy-saving, and harmless materials, reduce noise pollution and waste emissions, and extend product lifespan.

III. Market Principles

1. We use legitimate raw materials that comply with RoHS and REACH standards. Our products are manufactured using 100% silicon steel sheets and copper wire.

2. All goods traded on the market must be legal; the quality, measurement, and packaging of goods must comply with relevant regulations. Inferior, counterfeit, substandard, expired, obsolete, or harmful goods will never enter the market.

3. Market competition rules: Unfair competition, restrictive competition, and monopolistic practices are prohibited. Fair competition and equal transactions are guaranteed.

4. Market transaction rules: Market transaction methods are standardized; market transaction behavior is standardized, strictly adhering to legal requirements, and avoiding fraud.
