The ZPD3722M is a new generation digital stepper motor driver based on DSP control. Features: smooth motor operation with almost no vibration or noise, positioning accuracy up to 60,000 steps/revolution. This product is widely used in large and medium-sized CNC equipment with high resolution, such as engraving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computerized embroidery machines, and packaging machinery.

● Single power supply input, voltage range: AC 110V~220V
● Drive current: 1.2A/phase to 7.0A/phase, 16 adjustable settings
● Features 16-step equal-angle constant torque subdivision, with a maximum resolution of 60000 steps/revolution; other subdivisions can be customized
● Maximum response frequency up to 150Kpps
● When the stepping pulse stops for more than 100ms, the coil current automatically reduces to half of the set current, effectively reducing motor heating
● Optocoupler isolation for interface signals, signal level compatible with 5V~24V
● Internal strong and weak current optocoupler isolation
● Operating temperature: -40℃~85℃
● Compatible motors: Three-phase 86, 110, and 130 series high-voltage motors
● Phase memory function (Note: After the input stops for more than 3 seconds, the driver automatically memorizes the current motor phase. When power is restored or the MF signal changes from low to high level, the driver automatically restores the motor phase).

Precautions

  1. The input voltage is 220V. If the voltage exceeds 260V or is unstable, please use an isolation transformer or voltage regulator.

  2. The input pulse signal is active on the falling edge. If a rising edge active signal is required, please inform us in advance, and our company can make the corresponding modification.

  3. When the temperature exceeds 75 degrees Celsius, the driver will stop working and the fault indicator (ALM) will light up. The driver requires a power cycle to resume operation only after the temperature drops to 50 degrees Celsius. If overheating protection is triggered, please install a heatsink.

  4. If the overcurrent (load short circuit) fault indicator (ALM) lights up, please check the motor wiring and other potential short circuits. After resolving the issue, a power cycle is required to restore operation.

  5. If the no-motor fault indicator (ALM) lights up, please check the motor wiring. After resolving the issue, a power cycle is required to restore operation.
