Powerful Functions of the ZPS-7000 Series
● Virtual IO Function
5 groups of virtual DI/DO can be set. The status of virtual DI terminals can be directly assigned via function codes or bound to corresponding virtual DO functions.
● Flexible and Practical Analog Input/Output Ports
Each analog input (AI1~AI3) can have its curve set at 4 points individually for more flexible use. The linear curves of AI1~AI3 can be calibrated at the factory or by the user on-site, achieving an accuracy of 20mV after calibration. The AO can have its zero drift and gain calibrated at the factory or by the user on-site, achieving an accuracy of 20mV after calibration. AI1~AI3 can all be used as digital inputs (DI). AI3 is an isolated input port that can be used as a PT100, PT1000, or 10V input.
● Fast Current Limiting Function
The fast current limiting function prevents the drive from frequent overcurrent alarms. When the current exceeds the current protection point, this function quickly limits the current to within the protection point, thereby protecting equipment safety and avoiding overcurrent alarms caused by sudden load changes or interference.
● Momentary Power Loss Ride-Through
This function prevents the drive from stopping during a momentary power loss. In the event of an instantaneous power failure or sudden voltage drop, the drive reduces the output speed, using energy feedback from the load to compensate for the voltage drop, thereby maintaining operation for a short period.
● Motor Overheat Protection
By using the optional input/output expansion card, analog input AI3 can accept input from a motor temperature sensor (PT100, PT1000). When the motor temperature exceeds the pre-warning value, the drive outputs a pulse signal to indicate overheating. When the motor temperature exceeds the overheat protection value, the drive provides a fault output for proper motor protection.
